High-Performance Network Architecture You Can Depend On.

Data and VoIP cabling, MDF/IDF builds, cable testing, and data center jobs — documented properly the first time.

  • 100m certified maximum run, every time
  • 24/7 proactive network monitoring
  • Cat6A standard for new installs
OVERVIEW

What this actually involves

A network is either documented or it is a liability. We build cable plant and switching that a technician can work in three years from now without unpicking a bundle to find out what goes where.

Your network is the backbone of your business. We design, install, and manage robust, scalable wired network infrastructures that eliminate downtime, reduce latency, and ensure your data flows smoothly across your entire organization.

  • Documented as built

Every run labeled at both ends and handed over as a drawing you keep.

  • Certified, not assumed

Each link is tested to standard and the results go in the handover pack.

  • Designed for what comes next

Capacity and PoE budget planned for the devices you will add, not just the ones you have.

  • Watched around the clock

Switch health, port errors and uplink saturation monitored with alerts that reach a person.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

The things that usually go wrong

01

Nobody knows what that cable does

Full labeling and as-built documentation, so tracing a fault takes minutes rather than a morning.

02

The network slows down every afternoon

Monitoring identifies the saturated uplink or broadcast storm instead of guessing at it.

03

Adding a device means adding a switch

Capacity and PoE budget designed with headroom, so growth does not mean a rebuild.

04

Wi-Fi blamed for a cabling problem

We test the wired path first. A surprising share of wireless complaints are a bad run.

CAPABILITIES

What we deliver

01

Structured Network Cabling & Ethernet Drops

Cat6A copper and fiber, certified, labeled and documented to standard.

02

Switching, Routing and Core Network Design

Managed switch stacks, VLAN design and resilient topology built around how your teams work.

03

Ongoing Performance Optimization & Network Monitoring

Continuous polling of switches, uplinks and circuits, with alerting and monthly reporting.

04

Ethernet drops and additions

New outlets added to existing plant without disturbing what is already live.

05

MDF and IDF builds

Racks laid out for airflow and access, with patch panels organized by floor and function.

06

Fiber backbone

Building-to-building and floor-to-floor links where copper cannot reach.

07

Cable testing and certification

Fluke certification on every link, with the report handed over on completion.

08

Capacity and PoE planning

Power budget and headroom designed for the devices you will add, not just the ones you have.

HOW WE WORK

From first call to handover, no surprises

  1. We walk the building

We look at your comms room, your cabling and where people actually sit, and note what is working and what is not.

  2. We draw the network and price it

You get a plan showing every switch, cable run and outlet, with a written quote. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

  3. We run and test every cable

Cables are pulled, terminated and tested one by one. You get the test results, not just our word for it.

  4. We configure and label everything

Switches set up, ports labeled, comms room tidied. Anyone who opens that cabinet after us can tell what is what.

  5. We move you across in stages

Usually out of hours, area by area, so no team loses a working day to the upgrade.

  6. We hand over the paperwork

Drawings, passwords and a support number — and monitoring switched on if you want us watching it for you.

WHY TELCO

Four reasons clients stay

01

One accountable team

Strategy, design, engineering and support in one place. Nothing is handed to a third party.

02

Working software early

You see something real in weeks. Progress is demonstrated, not described.

03

Built to be handed over

Documented, tested and yours. No lock-in to us as a vendor.

04

Here since 1983

Four decades of keeping systems running, applied to the software layer too.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Enterprise Networking — common questions

Best practices dictate separating voice and data traffic into distinct Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs). Isolating hardware endpoints on a dedicated Voice VLAN provides: Enhanced Security: Prevents data-network malware or unauthorized packets from intercepting internal phone streams. Easier Traffic Management: Simplifies the application of QoS rules exclusively to the voice hardware subnet.

The 100-meter limit is dictated by IEEE networking standards to prevent signal attenuation (weakening of data packets) and propagation delay. When running high-power PoE over these lines, voltage drop over long distances can cause the remote device to fail or reboot even before the data signal degrades

Yes. Modern PoE switches use active negotiation. The switch sends a low-voltage test signal to determine if the connected device is a matching Powered Device (PD). If it does not detect a PoE signature, it safely delivers data only, preventing damage to the hardware.

Running electricity through thin copper wires generates heat. When hundreds of patch cables are tightly bundled together in a data closet, the internal temperature increases. This shifts the electrical resistance and degrades data throughput. Certified Cat6A solid copper cabling features superior thermal insulation compared to older thin-gauge lines.

Not instantly, but it changes your infrastructure requirements. While a Wi-Fi 7 AP can theoretically process up to 46 Gbps wirelessly, its physical wired uplink port is typically engineered at 2.5 Gbps, 5 Gbps, or 10 Gbps.

While a switch connects devices inside a single network, a router connects entirely different networks together—most commonly connecting your internal local network (LAN) to the external public internet (WAN). Routers evaluate destination IP addresses to determine the most efficient path for data to travel across the globe.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Let us look inside your comms room

A twenty-minute look at the rack tells us most of what we need to know about what you have, what is failing, and what it would take to make it boring again.
