Two engineers, a van and a contract to install key systems for local offices along Apache Boulevard.
Analog gives way to digital switching. We retrain on Nortel and Avaya and start supporting multi-site customers.
Voice and data converge on one cable plant. We begin certifying Cat5e runs and building MDF rooms properly.
Our first hosted PBX cutover. Half the industry said it would never be reliable enough. We planned for the failover instead.
Clients stop asking who to call when a server dies and start asking us to make sure it does not.
IP cameras and access control join the stack, on the same network we already design and defend.
Remote work pushes our customers into new states. We follow, with the same engineers on the same phone number.
