What businesses say after switching
Telco has always been ethical and reliable. Their customer care and service is impeccable! There is a reason they have been around servicing their clients for over 30 years, and have consistent repeat business and referrals. I will never deal with anyone else. My time and business is way too valuable, and they have proven themselves over and over again!
Telco has been my telephone provider for over 20 years. I recently upgraded my Old Win system to an Esi system. I love my new phones! I have received phenomenal service throughout the years. I can always depend on the technicians because they have all been with the company for as long as I can remember. They seem to know their products inside and out. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Great job guys!
Really happy with the security camera installation from Telco Ltd. They installed everything at our Phoenix, AZ office and made the whole process easy. The team was professional, did a clean job, and explained how to use the system. Everything is working great so far.

Straight answers about phones, networks and security
The questions we get asked most often, answered without the sales pitch.
On-premises systems host the physical PBX (Private Branch Exchange) hardware directly inside your building’s server room, giving you full control but requiring dedicated IT maintenance and high initial hardware costs. Cloud systems host everything over the internet on the provider’s remote servers, removing hardware footprints and shifting expenses to a predictable per-user monthly subscription.
A hybrid system combines local on-premises hardware with modern cloud features. This allows businesses to protect their initial investments in expensive desk phones or local PRI lines while gaining access to cloud perks like mobile routing, remote team chats, and AI call transcription tools.
Yes. Providers like SkySwitch support number porting, allowing you to legally transfer all established local, toll-free, and internal department phone lines over to your new platform layout.
Internet access is absolutely critical for cloud phone systems. While a standard call only consumes roughly 100kb of bandwidth, high volume can slow down non-optimized channels. Top providers suggest using high-speed fiber lines paired with a backup cellular (4G/5G) or broadband internet line to keep calls active during primary network outages.
While a switch connects devices inside a single network, a router connects entirely different networks together—most commonly connecting your internal local network (LAN) to the external public internet (WAN). Routers evaluate destination IP addresses to determine the most efficient path for data to travel across the globe.
A standard router looks only at the packet header (where the data is coming from and where it is going). A Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) inspects the actual payload inside the packet. Even if a packet is coming from an approved website, the firewall opens it up, scans for malware, blocks exploits, and checks if it complies with your corporate security policies.
Phishing: Mass email campaigns sent to thousands of random targets, relying on generic lures (e.g., “Your package delivery failed, click here”).
Spear Phishing: Highly targeted attacks customized to a specific individual using gathered research (e.g., mentioning the user’s specific department, project name, or coworker).
Whaling: Spear phishing specifically directed at high-profile executives (CEOs, CFOs) to authorize massive wire transfers or disclose sensitive corporate credentials.
